This behemoth Banoffee Pie is an absolute crowd pleaser. I don’t know if I’ve ever received so many compliments on a dessert other than for my Grandma Marie’s White Icing recipe. A beautiful cream pie that has crunch, fruit, cream and gooeyness! It’s an oral assault of chocolate, toffee (creamy caramel), cream and bananas. It is so moorish you will be licking the plate, I promise!
I love this recipe for two reasons. One is because I usually have all of these ingredients in my cupboards already. The other is because it keeps the pork moist and flavorful.
